Obesity or the disease of the modern age is considered a chronic disease of excess fat deposition and increased body mass. Obesity is usually the result of excessive intake of energy-rich food, and a lack of physical activity, but there are also other factors such as genes, hormones, drugs, a particular disease.
Physical appearance though what comes first notes, is the least problem of the series of problems that obesity causes. Obesity can greatly affect an individual’s quality of life. First of all, it is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, followed by type 2 diabetes, asthma and other conditions. The key to solving obesity problems is precisely what led to it: regulating diet and increasing physical activity.
Rigorous diets and starvation is usually the first thing that comes to mind, but it is not the same at all permanent and real solution. Results may appear, but rigorous diets and changes the habits that we have built all our lives can bring many side effects.
The approach to such a problem should be thorough, with an individual approach and maximum commitment. Reduction of energy intake, but further provision of nutritional needs is something that needs to be very careful. No magic solutions exist, there is only a desire for change followed by a balanced diet and increased physical activity that is the way to permanent changes and a better quality of life.
